15x Social Media Agents | Inbound Customer Service

Our Client is a Global Leader in their field employing over 6000 people world wide. Due to the continued success within Australia and with the launch of a new product, we have an exciting opportunity for 15x Social Media Agents to join a BRAND NEW Team.

As a Social Media Customer Service Consultant you will be responsible for actioning customer requests via a multi-channel environment such as voice, social media and chat. 

You will take pride in delivering solutions to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner, thrive in fast paced environment and understand that everything our Client does is to continuously drive positive experiences for the Customer. 

To be part of this dynamic team you will need proven experience in :
  • Multi and social media platforms such as Chat, Email and SMS responses
  • Handling Inbound calls
  • Clear and fluent communication skills
  • Rapport building through multi communication platforms. 
To be successful in this role you will possess:
  • Clear and fluent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A positive "Can Do" attitude
  • Exceptional multi tasking abilities
  • Strong PC skills including the ability to navigate through multiple systems
  • A strong attention to details
  • A typing speed of min 30 words per minute with high accuracy
