Are you an experienced Sales or Operations Manager with knowledge of the Automotive industry?

We require a people focused leader who can drive the performance of this well established Automotive Equipment business.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing overall business profitability.
  • Leading the performance and ongoing success of a nationwide sales team.
  • Developing and implementing strategy and business plans.
  • Managing key relationships with high-level stakeholders.
  • Growing market share through new initiatives and business development opportunities.
  • Maintaining a positive culture and reputation of a leading business within the industry.

What do you need to be successful?

  • Experience in leading a high performing sales team of 7+ people (Preferably within the automotive industry)
  • Proven success as a sales leader and a history of reaching and exceeding budget.
  • A hands-on leadership style with the ability to develop a team.
  • Automotive Equipment or Parts knowledge.  (Preferable, but not essential)
  • The ability to communicate with white and blue collar employees.
  • Flexibility to travel nationally.
