  • No retail customers - Trade account customer base
  • Monday to Friday & every second Saturday morning!

You will work report directly to the Store Manager.

To succeed in this role, you will have proven experience in:

  • Building, growing and driving a strong trade customer focus
  • Leading, coaching, motivating and developing your team
  • Building and maintaining strong trade customer relationships
  • Rostering, banking, wage and credit control
  • Stock management, purchase ordering, stocktakes and audits
  • Business development with new and existing customers
  • Creating a dynamic and people oriented culture

You are a positive and engaging individual who can influence behaviour and deliver results through others.

Your exceptional communication skills show your ability to clearly and persuasively effect change through mentoring and coaching. 

You are committed to your decisions, yet flexible in your approach.

Most importantly, you know the value of instilling a culture of fun and energy into the workplace and you are the ‘Store Manager’ that brings enthusiasm, passion and drive to the role that inspires and motivates your team.
