Guest Experience Officer/Receptionist

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have a role for a Guest Experience Officer/Receptionist at Wairo Beach Holiday Park, which is located beachfront on Wairo Beach, Lake Tabourie on the South Coast of NSW, five minutes from Ulladulla.

The park consists of a mixture of tourist cabins and sites, and annual holiday sites.  There are a range of facilities and activities for guests including a resort style pool, tennis court, jumping pillow and putt putt.

Responsibilities include -

  • Booking guest reservations.
  • Guest check in and check out.
  • Working with the team to ensure the best presentation of the park.
  • Provision of a high standard of customer service and satisfaction to all guests.
  • Responding to reasonable guest requests and assisting with issues.
  • Maintenance of a safe work environment in line with WH&S procedures.
  • Compliance with all Company policies and procedures.

ABOUT YOU

Your desire is to create unforgettable experiences for our guests and residents. You will be motivated and creative in your approach to providing the best experience for our guests and residents.  You will be willing to help where required in other areas of the park with your team members.

The suitable applicant should have the following:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desired though not essential
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Previous experience with Newbook or another reservation system is an advantage
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with all our customers and guests
  • Ability to work autonomously within team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work to a consistently high standard
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • A clear National Police history and working with children check

You must have full working rights in Australia.
