Multiple roles at John Wardle Architects

JWA ARCHITECTURE STUDIO

John Wardle Architects (JWA) is a highly creative design practice recognised for the quality of its award-winning, finely detailed projects. Our portfolio spans major university, school, multi-residential and commercial office and retail projects, strategic master planning and urban design. Working across Australia from our studios in Melbourne and Sydney, we are “two studios with one philosophy”. Our collective ethos extends to partnerships with interstate and international practices.

JWA fosters a collaborative culture and comprises a dynamic, versatile team that works across typologies and sectors. Our practice is rooted in a love of craft and collaboration – with each other, artists, makers and craftspeople – and extends to culture, people, character and community.

We meet regularly to review work in progress and share knowledge across our studios. We promote a positive work environment and regularly enjoy whole staff site visits and events, celebrating milestones and cultural activities throughout the year. We encourage and are committed to continual staff development, mentoring and support.
