The Position

We are on the lookout for a Barista to join our venue in Virginia. This role is not for the faint hearted, and is ideal for someone who loves to walk into work everyday guns blazing. If you breeze through 5-7 kgs of coffee beans a day, pride yourself in excelling under pressure with a smile on your face and having great rapport with your regular patrons - then we WANT to hear from you!

As our Barista you are not just making coffees, you have exceptional training, exemplify customer service, maximise upselling opportunities, have a fun personality and pride yourself in making high quality coffees.

In this CASUAL ongoing role.

The Person

  • Barista Qualification and/or extensive Barista experience - ESSENTIAL
  • AT LEAST 3 years Barista experience
  • Grinder adjustment, Texturizing milk and Machine Calibration are all essential
  • Produce 5-7kgs of coffee beans per day - on your own
  • Ability to work fluently under pressure
  • 'Point Of Sale' and cashiering experience a must
  • Superior customer service skills 
  • Valid police clearance (within 3 months) - or willing to obtain one - ESSENTIAL
