About the Role:

We are looking for experienced Team Assistant to join our established team. As a valued member of the team, you will be the central administrative support to the team of Allied Health Professionals. You will ensure customer registrations take place and maintain accurate customer records within our database along with ensuring appointments are booked and our therapy team have the resources they need to deliver great customer service.

The successful person will be based at our Brisbane North Service Centre at Kedron. This is a permanent full time opportunity.


This key role incorporates a diverse range of tasks including:  

  • Reception and direct customer service
  • Provide administrative assistance to organise clinics, including scheduling of appointments and delivering customer service to therapists to ensure their administrative needs are met on a daily basis
  • Taking payments for therapy sessions
  • Appointment bookings for therapy services
  • Managing customer information and data entry in our CMS
  • Support the Service Centre Manager to ensure the day to day operations of the Centre is effectively managed.


To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, i.e. clinical or allied health practice, work in disability sector
  • Current or be eligible to apply for a Working with Children Check (blue card) & Disability Services positive notice card (yellow card).
  • Certificate of completion for the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
  • Excellent administration, attention to detail & computer skills.
  • A friendly and welcoming personality with excellent customer service skills.
  • A current drivers' licence and access to a reliable vehicle
