An amazing opportunity has become available for a ‘hands-on’ Assistant Store Manager to join this leading premium fashion retailer. Our client has a presence not only in Australia, but internationally and continues to grow at an exponential rate.

 

This is a role for someone who has a true understanding that today’s customers want to feel confident, sexy and stylish whether at work or having fun with friends. 

 

As the Assistant Store Manager, part of your role will see you managing and being responsible for:

 

  • Delivering a first class retail shopping environment
  • Leading, motivating and developing your team
  • Store merchandise and presentation standards
  • Consistently achieving sales budgets  
  • Managing promotions and visual merchandising within the store
  • Administration, productivity and performance
  • Inventory management and shrinkage.

 

This role will suit someone who prides themselves on being a mentor and role model to their team.  Someone who understands how to treat customers by providing them with a unique shopping experience while at the same time, building a strong loyalty to the brand and the product.  Having strong communication and presentation skills will be an advantage to ensure your success in this role.
