As a major industry leader with a strong and well recognized trade brand and a team of established, empowered and motivated people, we are now seeking a positive and engaging Store / Branch Manager who can work closely with their team to achieve impressive operational results and inspire their team to provide an enviable customer service experience.

You will report directly to the Regional Manager.

 

To succeed in this role, you will have proven experience in:

  • Building, growing and driving a strong trade customer focus
  • Recruiting, leading, coaching, motivating and developing your team
  • Building and maintaining strong trade customer relationships
  • Rostering, banking, wage and credit control
  • Stock management, purchase ordering, stocktakes and audits
  • Business development with new and existing customers
  • Creating a dynamic and people oriented culture
  • Achieving budgeted sales, profitability and growth.

 

You are a positive and engaging individual who can influence behaviour and deliver results through others. 

 

Your exceptional communication skills show your ability to clearly and persuasively effect change through mentoring and coaching.  

 

You are committed to your decisions, yet flexible in your approach.
