Experienced Legal Secretary looking for a challenging role? This is a superb opportunity to support a Partner and his team in the areas of Commercial and Property law.

You will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Legal Secretary (property or commercial law experience preferable) gained in a private practice law firm.

Your duties will vary, but will likely include:

  • Dictation
  • File management - opening, updating, closing and archiving
  • Attend to client queries - via telephone and email
  • Diary management
  • Arranging meetings on behalf of fee earners
  • Email management for fee earners
  • Billing

We welcome applications from candidates with a minimum of 5 years experience as a Legal Secretary.  You will need to be 'switched on' and have a enthusiastic approach to tasks.  Strong technical skills are essential - minimum typing speed of 60wpm with 95% accuracy, together with intermediate to advanced Word skills.

Previous experience supporting a senior Partner is desirable. 

Please note this is a full time permanent position, and you must be available on this basis.  Permanent Residency is essential.
