Plan Partners Business Development Lead

As the Business Development Lead you will play a key role in the growth of Plan Partners' Plan Management and Support Coordination services across VIC. Using your superior skills in B2B sales you will be responsible for liaising with other businesses and organisations in VIC and establishing strategic partnerships with them.

Reporting to the National Head of Partnerships you will work in close collaboration with the Plan Partner team in the ongoing development and implementation of the business strategy and the attainment of business targets.

Success is...

  • Experience working in a B2B relationship environment with a demonstrable track record of securing major accounts and exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and work effectively in a complex and changing environment with at least 5+ years' people management experience
  • Superior people skills - caring, consultative, collaborative and collegial - with the ability to develop strong internal and external relationships that create confidence
  • Ability to manage strategic and complex sales opportunities
  • Ability to deal with stakeholders and customers at all levels and translate stakeholder and customer needs into a complete service solution
  • Understanding of the disability sector and NDIS legislation, rules and regulations
  • Current Motor Vehicle Driver's Licence and a good driving record
  • Current police check and Working with Children or Vulnerable People checks
