Plan Partners Marketing and Communications Officer

Since signing up our first participant in October 2016 Plan Partners has rapidly grown to become Australia’s leading expert in NDIS Plan Management and Support Coordination.

As the Marketing and Communications Officer, you will support the Marketing and Communications Manager with the execution of all internal, B2C and B2B marketing and communication activities: from managing the website, e-newsletters, social media channels and Intranet to the execution of campaigns, event management and coordination of print and stock.

The role has a strong focus on digital marketing and communications. You’ll be working with our website CMS, email automation tools, social media platforms, our Intranet and other digital marketing tools. Together with our teams in 5 states and several marketing freelancers and agencies, you will be developing new materials and content, aiming to educate people about the NDIS and promote Plan Partners’ services.

This is a great role for someone who is eager to learn and develop, wants to contribute to a fast growing and evolving business and is motivated to contribute to making a big difference in people’s lives.

To succeed as a Marketing and Communications Officer with Plan Partners you will have:

  • A pro-active, positive and hands-on work attitude
  • At least two years’ experience in a similar role and/or qualifications in Marketing or Communications
  • Excellent writing skills with ability to write for different audiences (B2C, B2B and internal)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and communications tools and techniques
  • Strong interest in the disability sector
