About the Position
Reporting to the Group Manager City Operations, this role leads a team that supports a diverse range of activities to the community including managing hall venues for hire and the property leasing arrangements for numerous community groups. In addition to managing the 3 local cemeteries, the team also provides a range of advisory and operational services to over 120 Redlands based sport and recreation clubs and oversees the management arrangements for the two aquatic centres in the district.

Given the diversity and breadth of the role, we are seeking a leader who can support a capable team of subject matter experts deliver outcomes for the community. As a systematic thinker with strong people management and communication skills, you can demonstrate experience in planning and then executing on strategy and bringing your team along for the journey. On a day to day basis you can demonstrate an ability to get things done including helping your team work with a range of stakeholders to develop innovative solutions to meet community needs.
