About OPPO:

Global leading mobile phone whole selling company is seeking the support of talent Accounts Assistant to join our growing team for Full time/ Part time/ Intern roles. This position is an entry level position, will be based in Macquarie Park which is located close to Macquarie Park station and other public transport.

Job requirements:

  • Purchase Orders and Accounts Payable invoices processing
  • Bank payments and reconciliations
  • Supplier & clients statement reconciliations
  • Fixed Asset Register maintenance
  • Month-end support including processing journals, accruals, and reconciliations
  • Profit and Loss variance analysis
  • Other ad-hoc analysis as requested by the Finance Manager
  • Liaise with internal & external stakeholders to ensure accurate processing of accounts 

To be considered for this role you should have:

  • Authorization to work full-time in Australia
  • Solid Accounting knowledge
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking, analytical and communication skills
  • Take a proactive approach to deadlines and time frames
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and pressured environment along with excellent problem solving and negotiation skills.
