Lifestyle Assistant

Are you an amazing Lifestyle Assistant? 
Do you have a passion for people?

This is a fantastic opportunity to be a Lifestyle Assistant, you will join our vibrant Lifestyle team creating an innovative and unique program for our residents.

You will have an instrumental role in our home and ensuring its ongoing success.

We need a Lifestyle Assistant who has:

  • Experience delivering lifestyle programs in larger residential aged care homes
  • Proven experience supporting the implementation of new systems and processes for lifestyle activities
  • Knowledge of compliance with Accreditation and local government standards
  • Knowledge of care planning and documentation
  • Knowledge of ACFI
  • Experience working in a person-centred care environment
  • Experience with innovative approaches to dementia care such as Montessori
  • Competence with IT systems and confidence learning new systems
  • Current police check
  • Certificate IV qualification in Leisure and Lifestyle

We would love you to have (not essential):

  • Further education in addition to Cert IV
  • A bus licence
