Since signing up our first participant in October 2016 Plan Partners has rapidly grown to become Australia’s leading expert in NDIS Plan Management and Support Coordination.

We are offering opportunities to suitably experienced and passionate people to join our growing business, supporting people with a disability to realise their goals in life.

As a Customer Welcome Officer be responsible for the seamless onboarding of customers and processing of all relevant onboarding documentation. You will assist Support Coordinators in the administration of any new Support Coordination customers and play a key role in setting up new disability services providers.

To succeed as a Customer Service Officer with Plan Partners you will have:

  • Highly developed data administration skills including strong attention to detail
  • Solid general administration and MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel
  • Proficient use of Client Management Systems
  • Highly developed communication skills (vocal and written), with people from all different backgrounds
  • Preferred, but not essential: Solid understanding of the disability sector, and some exposure to NDIS
