Account Manager

ResourceCo is a global leader in the recovery and re-manufacturing of primary resources, with operations spanning Australia and South-East Asia. With a team of over 700 people, ResourceCo is proud to employ dedicated people who share a deep understanding of the technology, markets, stakeholder engagement and policies required to transform the re-manufacturing sector.

The C&D division of ResourceCo collects and processes Construction and Demolition (C&D) waste materials in all states of Australia; consisting of asphalt, concrete, bricks and rubble. This waste is then used to manufacture a range of recycled aggregates and recycled asphalt products, saving them from landfill and recovering precious resources that would otherwise go to waste.

If you are an enthusiastic, results driven sales person with a proven track record in sourcing new business, managing & retaining existing accounts this is the role for you.

To excel in this role, you will bring:

  • A proven ability to perform in a dynamic and fast paced work environment.
  • Capability to work both autonomously & collaboratively in a small close-knit team.
  • Ability to repeatedly achieve weekly and monthly sales targets as per budgeted expectations.
  • A strong work ethic, with references.
  • Efficient and reliable high levels of service to all accounts.
  • Solutions driven focus and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
