Our insurance & health team is headed up by 22 well respected principals across 6 states. The department is recognised throughout the insurance claims industry for producing high quality advice and delivering exceptional service. The team handles claims across all major classes of insurance and acts for the biggest names in the insurance industry both locally and overseas. 

The Role

Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join our team in Sydney. The role offers a broad range of public liability and general insurance work from an array of clients, with a focus on personal injury and property damage. Candidates should have a solid understanding of the industry, and be experienced and self-sufficient in running and maintaining files with minimal oversight.

About You

The successful candidate will possess previous defendant insurance and litigation experience within the liability area. Candidates with exposure to construction related liabilities and risks is a plus, but not a requirement. Candidates will also possess strong communication skills, an enthusiastic approach and a focus on client service.
