Are you a dynamic, hands-on, people leader who is passionate about making a positive difference to our customers and your team? We have created a new team leader position as a result of ongoing growth across the North-West Sydney, Western Sydney and Nepean communities. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you would proactively lead a growing Home Care operation that delivers superior quality services that makes a positive difference to our customers lives and enables holistic client outcomes.
You are a self-starter who naturally leads your team through empowering, coaching and mentoring. You enjoy being ‘hands on’, are well organised and would describe yourself as an exceptional communicator that thrives in a fast paced although highly rewarding environment. You are truly motivated by having the full responsibility of managing a regional operation including executing regional plans, implementing service provision, funding management and compliance, and always maintaining the highest standards in quality and clinical governance.
You have a history of achievements of both growing operations and building remote customer centric teams through your inspiring leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. You enjoy being ‘hands on’, building productive relationships with stakeholders and can demonstrate your ability to deliver superior outcomes.
Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health or Nursing
Home Care industry experience
