Scheduler

About the Role:

AusGroup are currently seeking a Maintenance Scheduler to join the team in Perth CBD.

As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Assist in the development of all levels of project planning and scheduling, development, administration, application of status and reporting
  • Leverage maintenance opportunities from un-planned outages.
  • Support the FEL team and site-based planning team on data cleansing and backlog purging process.
    • Ensure end-user schedule information is distributed to relevant internal and external stakeholders
    • Generate project schedules ensuring consistent implementation of planning and reporting tools and methods
    • Ensure correct management and control of project schedules from initiation to completion, identify and monitor concerns with readiness to complete the workforce plan, monitor physical vs planned progress, ensure changes in scope are reflected in schedule
    • Good communication skills

      Required Experience / Qualifications:

      • Ideally a minimum 5 years experience as a scheduler in the Oil and Gas / Multi-disciplined background
      • Sound knowledge and operating experience of Primavera Enterprise (P6), JDE CMMS System
      • Strong Excel and Microsoft skills
      • Systems and process driven
      • Tertiary or trade qualification in Engineering or related
