Mudbath is a digital agency focused on building great digital product. We are on the lookout for a talented Agile Product Owner / Business Analyst to join our team and work with our clients, both locally and nationally.

As a APO/Business Analyst at Mudbath, you will support the Design Department and Project Managers through the development of digital products and supporting the team through the build cycle.
We’re open to different backgrounds, but what’s important is you’ll be motivated and passionate about a career in digital and user experience design, and want to step into a role where you can learn and develop your skills.
Your background might be as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Marketing, or you may have worked in a role that was involved in building apps or websites of your own – this is all great experience and we’d encourage you to apply!
In this role, you would be part of an established team working across a number of projects including large websites, small startups, and business applications. The role is a full-time position, based in our brand new Newcastle office.
What you will be doing:
As the APO /Business Analyst, you will work with all teams at Mudbath and our clients to help gather scope and further define the various requirements, assist and support the team with the creation of acceptance criteria. Ideally, you will have worked on digital projects in an agency environment developing technical specifications and producing solid business cases previously.
Your strong knowledge of contemporary and emerging technologies, applications and infrastructure will deliver articulation of the product requirements and allow our production, design and development teams to move forward with confidence. Ideally, you would be well-versed capturing product requirements and turning them into documentation, whilst taking into account; functionality, usability, reliability and performance.
Post-launch, you will be involved in monitoring and reporting on usage, collate customer and internal feedback on the effectiveness of products, and ensuring any issues or improvements raised by customer-facing / account service teams are triaged and responded to accordingly.
