This position will Undertake a wide range of General Commercial and administrative duties to support Railtrain.

The key purpose of this role will be debt collection and processing credit card payments and to undertake a wide range of general administrative duties to support the busy office of Railtrain Group Holding.

What you need to be successful in this role
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Proven experience in a similar role is essential
  • Strong commitment to the delivery of high levels of customer service
  • Be able to demonstrate your ability to communicate and liaise effectively with all levels of stakeholders and provide effective support to senior staff.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organising and planning ability
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Decision making skills and ability
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Commitment to getting the job done
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
