Strategy Analyst - Commercial

Grow a Better Tomorrow with Nufarm.

We know that growing is about more than just crops and cultivation. It’s about sunshine and rain, early mornings and hard work. It can be frustratingly unpredictable but also wonderfully uplifting. More than anything, it’s about people. Nufarm is the dependable partner behind thousands of agricultural success stories. Every day, growers around the world turn to our products and our people to help with the challenges of fighting disease, weeds and pests, and to increase crop yields.

How can you Unearth the Possibilities with Nufarm?

We’re looking for an analytic and engaging Strategy Analyst to partner with our Commercial teams based in Laverton North. In this role, you’ll conduct strategic analysis to support the ongoing development and execution of our regional business strategy. You’ll be collaborating closely with internal teams to identify, scope and implement improvement opportunities to improve the commercial performance of the business.

We’re committed to building an inclusive environment and are open to flexible working arrangements for this role.

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting the ongoing development and execution of Nufarm ANZ’s Regional business strategy
  • Supporting the development of Nufarm ANZ’s market intelligence capability. For example, market size and growth, competitor, customer, and grower analytics, industry trends, and commodity price analytics
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to identify, scope and implement opportunities that improve commercial performance. For example, cost reduction, process improvement and organisational effectiveness
  • Creating, rolling out and embedding processes, tools and dashboards that improve commercial decision-making such as scenario models / calculators and pricing tools
  • Conducting ad-hoc analysis as required to guide critical decisions
  • Providing coaching, training and mentoring for relevant roles in the business

What do you bring?

You’re a tertiary qualified Strategy Analyst who brings broad end to end experience in a similar role. You’re an innovative, natural communicator with the ability to guide and influence a diverse group of stakeholders. You bring strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to leverage data analysis to make informed decisions.

If you want to be a part of a thriving, supportive environment and are inspired by the prospect of being a part of something bigger, we’d love to hear from you.

We are an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity. All employment decisions are decided based on qualifications, merit and business needs. We are committed to building an inclusive environment for all Nufarm employees.
