Experienced Practice Manager required for run a progressive, patient focused General Medical and Allied Health Practice business operating in the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide.

The position of a GP Practice Business Manager exists to ensure that the management of the practice fully supports the delivery of quality clinical care by all clinic staff. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Director to provide quality medical services to patients in accordance with the clinic’s policies and procedures, and common law affecting medical practice.

In this role you will be accountable for provision of expert management services, predominantly those of financial management, staff management, meeting the personal health needs of patients, with the ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. Practice is involved in Health Care Homes Project.

In addition, the candidate will require experience in managing a proactive Chronic Disease Management Program, consistent with current Medicare standards.

The successful applicant will exhibit effective communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.  At all times being well-presented, friendly, courteous and obliging, and representing the practice in a confident and positive manner at all times. The Practice Manager will undertake all duties in a diligent manner, with honesty and integrity, and maintain absolute confidentiality regarding patient and practice information.

A current drivers License, Police Clearance and working knowledge with accounting packages like MYOB is essential. An experience in similar role is mandatory.
