Real Estate Sales Assistant

Full time position (Saturdays are compulsory)

We are a leading real estate agency located in Bankstown who requires a Sales Assistant to work with the Principal in Charge

The Role:

This is an entry level role that would ideally suit a recent graduate interested in pursuing a career in the real estate industry. Full training will be provided. 

You will be reporting to the Principal in Charge who will require you to complete the following:

  • Prospecting to generate new sales leads and listings (via door knocking and cold calling)
  • Putting up and taking down For Sale, For Rent and Pointer signs.
  • Letterbox delivery of promotional material.
  • Assist at Open Homes and inspections.
  • Handle prospective buyer enquiries;

 

The Successful Candidate:

The successful candidate will need the following:

  • The availability to work every Saturday. A regular day off between Monday to Friday will be provided.
  • A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration and License, or the willingness to obtain one. 
  • A Current Drivers Licence and a vehicle
  • A strong communicator in person, on the telephone, and via email.
  • Organised, confident and thorough.
  • Have a “can do” attitude and outstanding customer service skills.
