The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Sales Administration professional for our Pharmacy and Grocery role.

Operating within the Sales Department, you will report to the National Pharmacy Field Manager, your role will include, but is not limited to the following:

  • Help maximise profitable sales of the company’s products
  • Add value and support to the National Field Sales Manager, Territory Sales Managers,  customers, and the  Account Management team
  • Customer Relations Model administration
  • Creation and updating of cycle documents
  • Preparing Sales and Market share data tools
  • NPD and distribution tracking
  • Generating sales, task and activity reports
  • Assist with cycle meetings and field team minutes
  • Support the Accounts team, CS team and Territory SM's - as required
  • POS allocations, SOH collation, and maintenance
  • Spending time in Field with Territory Sales Managers to develop outcomes in role

The role requires initiative, ongoing improvement and development of systems and processes to support the growing needs of the business and customers, with ownership and accountability being key to the success of this role.

Role Requirements

You must be able to work proactively, autonomously and under pressure whilst maintaining great attention to detail. 

  • Full Australian Working Rights
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales administrative or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Have a drive for results
  • The ability to be well organized and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Strong analytical skills along with intermediate level MS Office skills 
  • Ability to use/understand IMS, scanned sales, and other data 
  • Ability to work with CRM programs and other technology
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work autonomously
