Administration & Office Support, Administrative Assistants

Provide administration support for multiple businesses.  Role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Supplier invoice entry into MYOB Exo and MYOB Accountright
  • Bank reconciliation experience desirable
  • Filing and archiving
  • General office support

Flexible work conditions can be arranged.  Located in Armidale CBD in newly renovated offices.  Attractive salary for the right applicant.

Full-time or part time hours can be arranged.

We are seeking a mature candidate, who can multitask and can carry out their job in a professional manner.

The successful candidate will require:

  • MYOB qualifications or on the job experience using MYOB is desirable
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Friendly and professional phone manner
  • Ability to work unsupervised and understand the importance of confidentiality
