About the role

As a Full Time Team Member you will:

  • Champion the Lindt culture, putting your team and customers first
  • Deliver great customer service, welcoming everyone with a warm smile
  • Handle cash and provide retail assistance to customers
  • Assist to ensure our store and products maintain the premium quality of Lindt
  • Work closely with your Store Manager to maximise performance
  • Assist the Store Manager to lead, train and manage a team
  • Create unique moments with our customers while you offer samples
  • Deliver delicious beverages to our customers
  • Create loyal customers through enthusiasm and engagement
  • Potentially perform higher duties as a Supervisor when required, which may include ordering, inventory management, store open/close, team supervision

What we're looking for

  • Passion for Chocolate
  • Demonstrated customer focussed experience in a store or café
  • A positive, passionate and reliable team player, willing and capable to work across all aspects of the store
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly develop great product knowledge and be confident to share this with our customers
  • Demonstrated cash handling experience with attention to detail and accuracy
  • A friendly team player with patience, energy, enthusiasm and passion
  • Neat, professional grooming befitting of a premium chocolate image
  • Potential to demonstrate delegation and deployment skills across the store
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid right to work in Australia
  • Able to be flexible with your hours of work to suit our fluctuating business needs, including weekends, public holidays and late trade.
