We are looking to expand our Anytime Fitness business and we are  currently seeking a Full Time Fitness Consultant to assist the Managers and Operations Manager in the daily operation of the gym. This position will involve working between multiple clubs within the group (Auburn, Pyrmont & Punchbowl).

You will need to have a real passion and genuine care for helping other people achieve their personal health goals. You will need to be highly organised and have a real drive to succeed. This role provides the foundational skills required for progression within the fitness industry and we are passionate about developing our team.

Reporting directly to the Manager and/or Operations Manager, you will be responsible for;

-Assisting the manager with all facets of the daily running of the club.

-Helping to create & maintain a positive membership culture with an emphasis on member retention.    

-Following our 9 Step sales process for selling memberships                             

-Promoting the Anytime Fitness brand and image 

-Assisting the manager to plan & implement marketing and advertising promotions.

-Managing Arrears Collections

-Booking appointments over the phone 

-Outreach and assisting in Business to Business relationships 

-Completing Member service calls and other administrative duties

-Full time 

The successful applicant must;
-be well presented with excellent communications skills in person and over the phone.
-have a current drivers license & their own vehicle.
-be energetic, self motivated & highly organised.
-be passionate about the Health and Fitness Industry.
-Have a Minimum 3 years experience in customer service/sales and/or administrative roles.
-Be willing to travel between Pyrmont/Auburn and/or Punchbowl as the role will be split between these clubs.

Due to the nature of the industry, Saturday shifts are also required (4hrs).
