Property Manager – Berwick

About the role:

You will be required to work Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm and one Saturday morning per month.

  • Liaise with tenants and landlords
  • Routine inspections
  • Open for inspections
  • Maintenance and follow up
  • Leasing

About you:

  • Experience in Property Management is essential
  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Motivation and enthusiasm
  • Console/PropertyMe operating system experience preferred
  • Driver's license and reliable car
  • Agents Representative Certificate
  • Current police check
