The Role

We are looking for call centre and customer service extraordinaires! With recent promotions within the organisation, assist the team with handling enquiries and assisting current clients. A call centre, customer service or sales background would be highly advantageous especially from a not for profit or health field.

Your Skills

  • High level of Communication, written and verbal
  • Ability to learn systems quickly
  • Preparation and processing of transactions
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment taking around 120 calls per day
  • Ability to communicate in a reliable, caring and ethical manner
  • MS office efficiency including MS excel

About You

  • Previous experience within call / contact centre or sales
  • Team player
  • Remains calm under pressure
  • Ability to think systematically
  • Time management
  • Attention to detail
  • Results orientated
