About The Client

The client develops business in four domains of vegetable oils and fats, industrial chocolate, emulsified and fermented ingredients, and soy-based ingredients.

 

About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking experienced an experience maintenance fitter to help the client ensure that their warehouse manufacture production environment is run as smoothly as possible.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Carry out preventative maintenance on food processing machines
  • Respond to breakdowns as appropriate
  • Identify, service and inspect the machines as required
  • Follow all site policies and procedures
  • Communicate any issues regarding the tasks or machines to your supervisor

 

 

Skills & Experience

  • Proven 6 months of consistent maintenance fitter work (preferably in the food industry)
  • Must have relevant trade certificate in Fitting
  • Must be able to multi-task and listen to direction in a high pressure environment
  • Two contactable references to verify your operating experience
