IT Helpdesk Support

The Company

The organization is the managed services arm of IT consultants passionate about working with their clients to help their business grow. They pride themselves on their ability to assist a wide variety of organisations from different industries holding international awards for their performance exceeding clients expectations in a timely manner.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for assisting clients with Level 1 & 2 IT queries via phone and email, logging and actioning tickets, performing on site visits, monitoring alerts and performing backups while also being open to assisting senior technicians if required.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Microsoft product and operating system maintenance
  • Office 365 / Microsoft Server
  • Active Directory Group Policies configuration and maintenance
  • MS SQL Server configuration and maintenance
  • SQL scripting
  • Assisting with configuration of Virtual Servers utilising Hyper V

Your Profile

You’re a confident individual who is committed to providing exceptional customer service to ensure the client experiences continual business improvement. You enjoy being proactive and are self motivated while keeping a close eye on results while thriving in a multitasking role.

In addition, you will ideally be able to demonstrate:

  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
  • Experience taking ownership of tasks and projects
  • Ability to manage your own time and plan a day effectively
  • Friendly and positive personality
