Human Resources Coordinator

EOI – Human Resources Coordinator (Full Time) – 6 Month contract

About the position

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from interested staff to join 3Bridges Community as part of the People and Social Enterprises Team, as a Human Resources Coordinator for a period of 6 months.

This position reports to the Director of People and Social Enterprises.  You will be responsible for providing effective and efficient advice on employment and industrial relations.  You will provide generalist partnership activities with a key focus on Transactional, Employee and Industrial Relations in an award environment, as well as coaching leaders across the full remit of the employee’s life cycle.

Your EOI should be no more than 2 pages in length addressing the following essential criteria.  Applicants must also include a 3rd page consisting of a career profile.

Essential experience or skills:

  • Qualifications in human resources or a related field
  • Seven years of Human Resources experience.
  • Four years of Industrial Relations experience.
  • Seasoned, experienced professional with a demonstrated full understanding of employee and industrial relations.
  • Experience in the use of corporate human resource management information systems and payroll systems;
  • Knowledge of or willingness to acquire an understanding of quality assurance and or quality management processes;
  • In depth knowledge and highly skilled in Microsoft packages including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
  • High level organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise competing demands;
  • Communication and interpersonal including the ability to communicate with team members at all levels of the organisation.
  • Current Driver’s Licence.
