About Chancellery Research and Enterprise

We lead the University’s research and enterprise strategy. We liaise closely with academic divisions, interdisciplinary initiatives, partners, and colleagues to support initiatives that deliver our research agenda.

About the role

The Research Strategy Officer will contribute to initiatives that enhance graduate researcher success and wellbeing. For example, you will seek to improve opportunities for PhD–industry engagement, interdisciplinary collaboration, and preparation for career success.

You will work with colleagues and external partners to develop, implement, and monitor projects and their processes. You will also support the Committee of Associate Deans Graduate Research and, where relevant, internal working and best practice groups.

About you

You will be passionate about supporting our graduate researchers to excel in their research and career. You will be an experienced project officer and thrive on managing complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. You will have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and be organised and self-motivated.
