The Position 

Bayley House seeks to appoint a collaborative, open-minded and accountable NDIS Coordinator. This critical role within the newly-formed Client Services Team will take carriage of the development and maintenance of the Customer Relationship Management system, 'SupportAbility', developing and implementing a strong systems ecosystem within Bayley House and partnering across the organisation more broadly to champion and mentor.


The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a whole-of-organisation lens, partnering across the organisation broadly as the mainstay of SupportAbility delivering quality services to key stakeholders. Highly organised, technically-minded and with exceptional attention to detail, the incumbent will work very well autonomously and have a natural assured and approachable style. Inspiring others to change and acting to make change happen, s/he will demonstrate an understanding that outstanding and transparent system administration is a pillar of organisational success. Leading change by displaying openness and resilience, a natural aptitude for numeracy will be showcased by incumbent, and s/he may be qualified in same.


The successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of strategic management of systems administration and developing user standards, backed by sound business acumen. The incumbent will have a strong track record of working collaboratively and cooperatively in teams across an organisation to deliver shared goals. A relevant Certificate IV or above is mandatory, and previous training and capability development experience will be held in high regard. Experience in a not-for-profit environment, especially disability, is preferred. A strong values proposition as to operating within the for-purpose sector will be demonstrated by the successful appointee, as well as an indisputable connection to the mission and values of Bayley House.
