Family owned manufacturing company located in Officer is seeking an individual with strong organisational skills, and exceptional customer service. Immediate start required. 

Key duties include:

*Reception duties, including answering phones and greeting customers

*Handling of telephone, email and front counter enquires

*Create and enter customer invoices

*Arrange customer orders and deliveries

*Accounts receivable

*Other general administration duties as required

Essential Requirements:

*Ability to multi task and prioritise

*Experience in a similar role

*Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously

*Currently using MYOB but in the process of transitioning over to Xero.

*Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

*Experience within the manufacturing industry (preferred but not essential)

*Transport experience ideal
