IT Support Technician

Vintek offer complete IT solutions and due to growth in our services, we are actively seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team. 

The Vintek Group is an exciting and dynamic managed services provider and data centre group incorporating Vintek, Regal IT, Intervolve and CloudCentral.  Our year on year growth has been exceptional and we have public plans to grow into a national business.  We currently have offices in Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide and data centres in 9 Australian cities, Singapore and Auckland, New Zealand.

The Role

The IT support Technician will provide on-site IT support based on-site at one of our education customers in Balaklava, South Australia. The role will act as the owner for all things IT at the client, utilising their own knowledge as well as escalating to the wider Vintek team for resolution of issues and ensuring service quality and continuity throughout.

What we're looking for

The successful applicant will require a minimum of 12 months experience the IT industry in a similar role.

Your role will include:

  • Network support
  • Windows desktop support
  • Hardware and Software support & upgrades
  • Routine maintenance
  • General duties

The applicant must work well in a team environment but also be able to work independently. The applicant requires good verbal and written communication skills, as well as being customer focussed and is able to truly understand the client's needs.

This role is an immediate start and is a Full-Time position. Salary is negotiable depending on skillset and experience.
