Business Support Officer (APS 3)

Our large federal government client is looking for a number of business support officers to join their Maroochydore office for an initial 12-month contract. You will act as the first point of contact for customers and provide a high level of professional, friendly service.

About the Role
  • Provide exceptional customer service through management of telephone enquiries, reception duties and appointment processes
  • Work with internal staff to assist with diary management and scheduling
  • Work with customers to receive and record complaints/feedback and update relevant databases
  • Provide administrative support to remote offices where required

About You
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing or customer service focused role within government (Federal experience highly regarded)
  • Experience working in the disability services space highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and service skills, including general reception and enquiry duties
  • Ability to develop knowledge of assessment tools to identify customer needs
  • Positive attitude towards and passion to support people with a disability
