Our Client is a leading financial services organisation with a global presence. Due to an internal promotion, an opportunity has been created for a hands on part-time mailroom assistant to join this busy, high volume mail room.

Reporting into the Mailroom Manager, you will be hands on with the day to day operations of a busy financial services firms' mailroom. This is the true HUB of the business with large volumes of incoming and outgoing mail (moderate to high volumes with the potential of lifting up to 18kg boxes and a standing/sitting ratio of roughly 50/50.). 

We are looking for someone who is proactive, with a great attitude. The suitable candidate will need to be a team player however and comfortable working independently at times.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7.30am - 12.30pm, during peak periods between October and November extra hours may be required.

To be considered for this opportunity you will have:
  • Proven experience in a mailroom function, dealing with high volume incoming and outgoing requirements is essential.
  • Mail house experience is advantageous.
  • Print management experience is advantageous.
  • You will have strong time management and organisation skills with the ability to work in a high volume environment with multiple deadlines.
This role may suit a student with an interest in the finance industry who is looking for part-time work whilst studying, or a mailroom professional who is seeking a part-time mailroom opportunity.
