APS 3 Business Support Officer

Your new department

Randstad has recently been voted Recruiter of the Year in Australia and is a preferred supplier across local, state and federal government. We are proud to currently be partnering with the NDIA to recruit for two APS 3 Business Support Officer to join their team based in Maroochydore.

Work for a large and growing Federal Government department, to help implement a scheme which will support a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability and their families and carers.

Your new position

In your role as a Business Support Officer, you will be working within a team of Business Support Officers to provide support and undertake a range of customer service and administration activities on behalf of the department.

  • General front desk, phone and email enquires
  • Calander Management
  • Organise travel and fleet management
  • General Admin & Data Entry
  • Provide support where needed
  • Assist with reporting and research



Your Skills and Experience

To be considered for this role you would have skills & experience in the following to be a successful Business Support Officer:

  • Be enthusiastic, motivated and relationship builder
  • High level of admin experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Australian Citizen
  • Prior experience in disability (highly desirable)


What You’ll Receive

  • Work at their Maroochydore Location
  • Hourly rate of $36.27 per hour plus super
  • Long term contract until March 2021
  • A dedicated NDIS Consultant
  • Receive excellent on-board training
