About the role

We are looking for a proactive, efficient and organised administrator to be based in the Brisbane office. This is a busy role, looking after a large geographically dispersed team. You will be an excellent communicator who knows how to efficiently use their time. 

The role will also include proactive day-to-day diary management, preparation for meetings/briefings, co-ordination of meetings, general administrative support, event management, travel management and expense management.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Meeting preparation and follow up actions including sending out agendas or documents to meeting attendees as necessary.

  • Acting as the communication arm for the department with other stakeholders (internal and external).

  • Managing the support office by organising and prioritising interactions to ensure that commitments are maintained and that objectives are achieved.

  • Procurement duties.

  • Booking Travel.

  • Manage General Manager (GM) and their lead team's calendar.

  • General administration as required.

About you

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Previous administrator experience with excellent data entry and analysis skills.

  • Ability to build strong and genuine relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.

  • Exceptionally organised and proactive in your approach to work, with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritise a variety of complex tasks.

  • Strong attention to detail, ability to understand complexity and a track record of providing quality information to senior management.

  • Multi-tasking abilities to manage competing priorities within tight time frames; and

  • Self-motivated to work autonomously within a wider team.
