Service Desk Analyst

Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Service Desk Analyst to join a leading Australian organization based in Melbourne’s South Eastern Suburbs on a 4 week contract basis.

About the role
Day to day duties include;
  • Provide end user technical support for staff in multiple sites.
  • Create and maintain user accounts for internal access
  • Manage tickets within JIRA
  • Installation and configuration of new Hardware and Software
  • Provide mobile device support
About you
The successful candidate for this role will need to be a confident communicator and someone who enjoys interacting with a wide variety of key stakeholders on a range of IT related queries. 
  
To be successful in this role, you will have: 
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • Exposure to cloud environments, AWS
  • Ability to install and configure IT Hardware
  • Experience with Windows Server 2008/2012 in a hyper-v environment
  • Mature and fast paced focused to working
