Learning and Development Administration Officer

Salary: $62,736.96 per annum

Permanent - Part Time (24 hours per week)

Council is seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join the People and Development Department as Learning and Development Administration Officer. This role works within the Learning and Development team to assist Council in its vision to become a ‘Learning Organisation’.  

Reporting to the Team Leader People and Workforce, this proactive and passionate person will ensure the delivery of Council’s Training and Development program through executing high quality administrative tasks in a fast paced, customer focused environment.

You will be involved in monitoring training requests, organising mandatory training for the organisation, administering purchase orders and invoices and setting up and packing up training sessions.

Applications are encouraged from individuals who possess a passion for learning and empowering others, an ability to face challenges with initiative and cope with the pressure of tight deadlines and the ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team.

Experience in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint will be highly regarded.
