Casual Call Centre Operator

BINGO is growing – and with you on board, we’ll ramp up even faster. Join us as a Call Centre Operator so you’ll ensure that our customers have the best possible experience with every contact made with one of our GOgetters.

The job

The role is a casual on-call role working in partnership with the needs of the business

You will be the first point of contact for all of our customers and provide them with superior customer service, direct calls, identify sales opportunities, provide support to our sales teams and allocators where required and general administrative tasks

What you bring

  • Relevant Call Centre/ Customer Service qualifications and/or prior experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience working with a diverse range of
  • customers/clients
  • Working knowledge of data and administrative management practices and procedures
  • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of office software packages (MS Office)
  • An understanding of our industry skip bins and recycling (the waste/recycling industry) is an advantage
