Your new role

  • Assisting customers and supporting bankers by actioning business banking related enquiries via appropriate channels such as email, telephoning, faxing and in writing where applicable.
  • Maintain high attention to detail and customer service standards
  • Adhere to OH&S policies and be aware of Risk and Compliance obligations and report any incidents of breach
  • Undertake any other tasks assigned by your Manager that you have the capability to perform safely in line with relevant internal Bank policies and external regulatory requirements


What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous banking or administration experience (preferred).
  • Established problem solving abilities.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
