The Opportunity

We are seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Brand Manager, this is a fast-paced and challenging role that is pivotal in the delivery of brand and consumer marketing plans and programs on a local and national level.

 Key responsibilities include

  • Planning and development through to implementation of local area marketing campaigns and activities for new and existing stores to drive growth and local engagement
  • Manage the development and execution of strategic marketing programs
  • Assist in the measurement of marketing and brand activity in line with identified objectives
  • Manage marketing collateral development to delivery
  • Manage all communications
  • Manage implementation of digital campaign strategies
  • Coordinate all outgoing and incoming marketing materials in line with strategic objectives
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

 What do you need to have?

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business-related discipline
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role
  • Ambition to build a career in marketing
  • Retail or QSR experience highly regarded
  • Ability to develop relationships with internal stakeholders and agency partners
  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis and interpretation
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong time management skills to prioritise in this fast paced environment
  • Copywriting skills
