Customer Service Officer

Randstad is looking for a strong customer service offer to join a vibrant and exciting team on the North side of Brisbane. You will be taking in customer phone enquiries, liaising with a large volume of operators and tracking information into the system. You must have excellent computer literacy to be considered for this role.

You will be working in a fast paced environment and must be able to take initiative. You will also be working in a team environment and assisting other colleagues when needed.

  • Receiving customer enquiries
  • Booking in jobs
  • Tracking a large volume of operators
  • Following up on uncompleted tasks
  • Uploading data onto excel
  • Liaising with other departments

  • Able to work under pressure
  • Must have resilience and patience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and learn
  • Outstanding customer service skills
