About the role

This administration role has a lot of variety that includes:

  • Preparing documentation for employees
  • Arranging inductions and training
  • Monitoring and responding to our group inbox
  • Maintaining our HR management database
  • Distributing, processing and tracking checklists
  • Giving regular information to our Payroll team
  • Providing relief to the Reception team   
  • Giving administrative support to the Manager

About you

To enjoy this role, you will need:

  • A high level of administration skills with an interest in human resources
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Excellent customer service and attitude
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills when liaising with staff
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • A Qld driver's licence and the willingness to obtain a Working with Children (Blue Card) and Prescribed Notice (Yellow Card)
