We are seeking an experienced Customer Service / Administrator to work with our client based in Mount Waverley. They are a well-known NFP who work with disadvantaged and aged clients to provide assistance and guidance through difficult times. To be successful in this role you must have a bright personality and be able to show empathy to clients when presented with difficult situations. 

To be successful you must have: 

  • High level of customer service experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience working in an administration / accounts function
  • Demonstrated knowledge of invoicing and various other accounts functions
  • A warm, personable and engaging personality
  • An employment Working With Children's Check 
  • A clear National Police Check 

 

Your responsibilities in this role will include: 

  • Providing customer service to clients via phone
  • Invoicing and accounts follow up 
  • Overflow administration work
  • Other Ad-hoc duties
